When leaving a message please speak clearly and leave your name, phone number, property address and the nature of the emergency.

An emergency is defined as anything causing excessive damage to the property or threat to life. For instance, unstoppable running water inside the property, sewage backing up into the property, or an electrical hazard where injury to self, others or fire is imminent. Items such as non-working air conditioning units, heaters, continuously running sprinkler systems, and accidental lock out are not emergencies and need to be reported through the tenant portal.
