Rusty Thornton, Realtor, TRLS
Property Manager/Chief Executive Officer
Rusty is a Texas Real Estate Agent and Chief Executive Officer of Key Property Management. Rusty has been engaged with investment real estate for nearly a decade. He spent several years working in management and operations within the pet care industry before leaving to pursue an interest in Property Management.
In 2017, Rusty took a position at a property management company. While there, he spent 3 years in a strategic capacity scaling and assisting in growing the company’s property management processes and portfolio. After several years with the company, Rusty decided to start his own property management company to provide a higher standard of service in the residential property management space and in hopes of being better positioned to serve his clients.
Rusty has a vast knowledge of the sales, leasing, and investment side of residential real estate and looks forward to providing exceptional property management services to Key’s owners and tenants.

Eduardo “Ed” Sanchez, Jr., MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Ed has been involved in investment real estate for eight years. He graduated in 2013 from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Psychology. He obtained his MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Ed has 10 years of experience as a Senior Litigation Paralegal for an international corporate law firm. He holds a Paralegal Certification from Southern Methodist University.
Ed is a quintessential professional, acting as the COO for Key Property Management. He brings an executive-level professionalism, discipline and acumen rarely found in the small business realm. Ed is primarily responsible for driving efficiencies and ensuring cost reduction for homeowner’s investment properties. Additionally, he oversees the company’s financials and services - from maintenance and documentation to training and support.
Ed’s innovative attitude and customer service focus always drive him to look for new and more efficient processes to enhance owner, tenant and company interactions.
